Our objective when providing construction services is to convert our clients’ design dreams into reality.  We do this cost effectively, and with the intent to minimize disruption.

Our construction services are available for the following residential and commercial projects:

  • Renovation – (transforming existing space without major structural changes)
  • Remodeling – (reconfiguring existing space including structural changes)
  • Room additions – (creating new space)

Our residential construction services can be performed for new or existing properties including:

When we build a space for you, we are responsible for everything from knocking down walls to making sure everything in plain sight looks right, and everything “behind the scenes” works right.  This includes:

Our Process

Phase 1 – Project Planning.  In this phase, we do everything we need to do to make sure the project runs smoothly.  You will meet your Project Manager, who will be onsite every day and will be your primary contact.  The Project Manager will review the entire process, including our Job Construction schedule, so you know what to expect.  We also review that schedule with all trade contractors and suppliers.  We submit all required documentation to the appropriate municipality for permitting.  We also send a letter to neighbors informing them that work will be commencing.
Phase 2 – Project Execution.  This is the fun part!  This is where your vision becomes reality.  The Project Manager will be onsite daily to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.  The Project Manager will immediately inform you of any issues that arise, and if any changes need to be made either to the project scope or timeline.  At the end of each workday, the project site will be cleaned.
Phase 3 – Post Project.  When the project is complete, we conduct a walk through with you to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction.  We will provide you with a folder containing all necessary manuals, instructions and warranties.  You will also receive a one-year warranty from us on all work.  We hope that everything runs smoothly, and you will not need to contact us with a problem.  After 12 months, we will do a walk through with you to identify any items that need to be corrected or repaired.
